Centromere - flexibility
Centromere Limited provides technical support and consultancy services tailored to each client’s needs. Once a statement of requirements has been agreed with the client, Centromere has the flexibility to provide solutions in a number of ways:
- In most cases, Centromere is able to provide appropriate consultancy support, with site visits and attendance at the client's offices as required.
- If the project requires specialist skills or equipment, Centromere can act as a Project Manager and sub-contract appropriate parts of the work on behalf of the client to suitably qualified laboratories, technology providers or consultancies. At all times Centromere maintains control of the work programme and remains accountable for the delivery of a solution to the satisfaction of the client.
- Occasionally, the most cost-effective solution is for the client to place a work programme with an independent service company or laboratory recommended by Centromere. In this case, Centromere can act as an auditor to ensure that the delivered solution is fit for purpose.
